During this project I collaborated with an interdisciplinary design team to reevaluate the user experience of the Viasat customer experience center. To do this, we started by researching Viasat and all of their past, present, and future offerings. Utilizing our research, we identified pain points in the current customer experience center and ways to improve the customer journey to better communicate these offerings. After our research, we began brainstorming interactive experiences that would enhance the experience for the guests. These interactive experiences ranged from large interactive displays to visually communicate satellite coverage and communication to fully immersive in-plane experiences to communicate in-flight entertainment experiences. In addition to the interactive experiences within the space, we also redesigned the architecture, flow, and layout of the space.

Pairing all of these steps in the process together, we were able to further map out the user experience relative to the updated space plan and interactive experiences. This allowed us to create an updated user experience that successfully communicated all of Viasat's stories to their guest in a tangible understandable way.
